Sy Kosis Jones

Some artists choose a name. For others, the name is a diagnosis.

Sy Kosis Jones emerges not from a stage, but from the shadowed recesses of a fractured psyche. He is the articulator of the thoughts you smother, the voice that whispers when the lights go out. His music is not a performance; it is a case file, a raw, unfiltered transmission from the brink of sanity.

This is the sound of “Chronic Psychosis,” an auditory descent where  rap’s vulnerability is torn open by horrorcore’s teeth. Jones operates in a realm of “Shadows,” inviting listeners to confront “The Devil Inside” and question the very nature of their reality.

His EPs, like the 2025 “Dracula EP,” are less albums and more philosophical terrors, mapping the labyrinth of a mind that is “Unhinged.”

He naviges a world of “Seeing Ghosts,” where every mirror holds a distorted “Reflections”—a theme made manifest in his collaboration with horrorcore veteran Kung Fu Vampire. This is not the bravado of typical hip-hop; it is the cold, intellectual dread of a man asking, “Do We Go To Heaven?” while knowing he’s already explored hell.

Each track is a new symptom. “Natural Born Killers” examines the impulse, “Anxiety” explores the trigger, and “There Is No End Down The Rabbit Hole” accepts the terrifying permanence of the condition. Sy Kosis Jones is the resident philosopher of the asylum, crafting lullabies for the “Made Sick” to “Burn It Down.”

He doesn’t just make music. He documents his own “Butterfly Effect”—a single mind’s breakdown, rippling outward to unsettle the world.

Do not listen if you are looking for an escape. Listen only if you are brave enough to look in. Invite me in.
